We strive to provide high-quality BHP (Occupational Health & Safety) training. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review this policy carefully.

2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

• Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
• The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded (i.e., the day of purchase).

3. When Withdrawal Does NOT Apply

Under Article 38, point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

• If you have started the course (accessed any course materials, watched any lessons, or taken the exam), you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right.
• If a certificate has been issued, the service is considered fully delivered.

Free courses do not involve any payment and are therefore not subject to refund requests.
